Jake Thiessen Thank You Celebration - Ticket Orders

Please join us on Thursday, September 23rd, 2010 to celebrate the career and accomplishments of Dr. Jake J. Thiessen, Founding Hallman Director of the University of Waterloo School of Pharmacy.   The event will be an intimate dinner at the Tannery Event Centre in downtown Kitchener, paying tribute to Jake’s leadership, passion and many contributions to pharmacy education and the profession.   To order tickets,  fill out the attached form and fax to 519-883-7580 or call 519-888-4499 and speak to Morena.   Please note – tickets for this event are limited, and are expected to sell quickly.
