Rhonda Hechtman is one of the first to graduate as a registered pharmacy technician in Ontario. Hechtman, who works at the Bay Centre for Birth Control, upgraded her qualifications after learning that she could increase her responsibilities and expand the scope of her job in the pharmacy.
