PPC would like to congratulate Lynda J Chilibeck, recipient of the 2008/2009 Isabel E Stauffer Meritorious Service Award

Lynda Chilibeck received the 2008/2009 Meritorious Service Award in recognition of her service and involvement in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists. Her accomplishments include implementing medication safety programs at the Peterborough Civic Hospital and establishing team development programs for the Peterborough Family Health Teams. With her administrative experience and clinical knowledge, Lynda has also worked for the Ontario College of Pharmacists and the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists (CSHP) in various capacities.

Lynda’s initiative, dedication and active involvement within the pharmaceutical community is acknowledged and appreciated by all.
