Ask. Talk. Listen. – Patient Safety Week 2007

Patient Safety Week ran from October 8-13th this year, with events taking place in health organizations throughout Canada. This year’s theme: “Patient Safety: Be Involved. Ask. Talk. Listen.” encourages communication between and among patients, clients, consumers and caregivers as a means of improving the healthcare service experience.

The Canadian Patient Safety Institute (CPSI), which organizes the week’s events, supports the advancement of patient safety by developing and reviewing tools that can help improve the processes of care.
